Ethical Sourcing
Our process begins long before the workshop. We work exclusively with ethically sourced wild fur obtained through regulated trapping practices that support wildlife management and ecological balance. Each pelt is carefully selected for density, durability, and natural character, ensuring only the highest-grade materials move forward.

Material Selection
No two pelts are identical. Each is individually inspected to determine how it will best serve the final piece. Texture, guard hair structure, coloration, and resilience are evaluated by hand, allowing the material itself to guide the design rather than forcing uniformity.

Pattern & Formation
Patterns are prepared with precision to ensure balance, warmth, and structural integrity. The hide is carefully shaped and formed, preserving its natural strength while allowing the hat to contour comfortably to the wearer over time.
Every cut is intentional. Nothing is rushed.

Hand Construction
Each trapper hat is assembled by hand using traditional methods refined through years of practice. Stitching is performed with careful attention to durability and alignment, ensuring the piece withstands harsh climates while maintaining refined craftsmanship.
The interior is lined with 100% Mulberry silk, providing comfort while protecting hair and skin.

Finishing & Inspection
Before completion, every piece undergoes a detailed inspection. Fur alignment, stitching integrity, and overall balance are reviewed to ensure the hat meets our atelier standard.
Each finished piece receives a hand-stamped Trapper Tag, marking its place within a limited production series.
Craftsmanship is not measured by speed or scale, but by permanence.
What we create is meant to endure — shaped by tradition and carried forward through generations.
